Our Story

Our story began over a decade ago, when a small establishment simply known as “La Ermita” opened its doors and became a gathering place for locals and visitors in this beautiful town in Cádiz. For nine years, we built relationships, shared moments, and became an integral part of the San Roque community.

In March 2025, we decided to take a step forward in our journey. It wasn’t just a visual makeover, but a profound transformation that reflected our evolution and our commitment to culinary excellence. This is how the concept of Las Estaciones de la Ermita was born — a tribute to the natural cycle of life, the passing of time, and the richness each season brings to our Andalusian land.
